Should I put the original engine in a 1981 BMW 320i, or should I put in an upgraded M3 engine?

Can a BMW E36 M3 engine fit into a 1981 BMW 320i frame?


If so, how much will that engine cost, and how much would a BMW E30 engine cost; the new and used kinds?


What should I put in, the original right, but how much would that cost? Please post any legit sources that are bound to help me on my search, thank you.|||I dont think a e36 M3 engine will fit 320i frame. The M-POWER engine will cost you a fair amount of money. good luck hooking up that engine thats going to be a *****|||damn i think its going to be ****** hard!!!
