How much would it cost to replace the convertible top of my bmw 323?

I would like to know how much it might colsr to replace the whole top on my bmw 323 convertible year 2000, it's not opening at all, can it be fixed? if not what would the price to replace the whole thing be. Thank you for the help!!|||a lot
