How to get bluetooth installed in my 2007 328i BMW?

I just bought an 07 328i BMW. It says it has bluetooth capabilities. It has the phone icon on the radio and steering wheel. Can I install bluetooth in it? How much would it cost? Do I have to take it to a BMW dealer to get it installed? Is there anyway I could do it?|||The icons on the wheel and the radio are on all 3 series cars, regardless of whether it has the option. There is a kit available for around 700 at a bmw dealer.
