How can I adjust a BMW 325i bi-xenon headlights?One is facing straight the other is facing down?

My friend has a 2003 BMW 325i sedan he has recently bought and the car has the bi-xenon headlights that BMW adds锘?to the car. One of his lights are brighter then the other. Its seems as if one where facing down and the other where facing straight. How can he adjust the lights on the vehicle to be on par with each other? Would he have to unscrew the entire headlight off the car?
