Do i have to pay for bmw scratch repair in a bmw collision center?

I just bought a 328i from a concord dealer. Im sending it in for repair in a week and i mentioned a couple scratches on the bumper. Would i have to pay them for fixing those minor scratches or is it included in bmw services?|||If it's a brand new car it will be covered but if it's used more than likely you will have to pay unless the dealer agrees to fix it because you bought it there.
